Tensor

It normally has a ring and hook 10 mm. thick. It is used to tense the raspa y amagado greenhouse’s cable traction wall window.

Control Bar

Control bar is made with a round 32 mm. diameter tube used to transmit the turning movement. There are 2 kinds:

• Hot dipped galvanized joint by 2 clamps. It’s used in the raspa y amagado greenhouse’s roof and cable traction wall windows.
• Sendzimir galvanized punched, used in the raspa y amagado greenhouse’s cable traction windows.

Pulley

Used in the raspa y amagado greenhouse’s wall windows, it’s placed in the upper part of the window and has a nylon string that passes through and opens the plastic when pulled.

Roof Gear Motors

Used in the raspa y amagado and multitunnel greenhouse’s roof windows. They can have different power (100, 300, 400 or 800 Nm.) depending on the length of the window they will have to open. They substitute the manual opening in the raspa y amagado greenhouses.

Wall Gear Motors

Used in the raspa y amagado cable traction wall windows. They can have different power (100, 300, 400 or 800 Nm.) depending on the length of the window they will have to open. They substitute the manual opening in the raspa y amagado greenhouses. Multitunnel greenhouse’s wall windows can also be motorized.

Manual Gear

Used in the multitunnel greenhouse’s wall windows. It is not used in raspa y amagado greenhouses.

Gear Motor Support

It fixes the wall or roof window gear motor to the tubes.

Control bar-Tube support clamp

They hold the control bar in position. They are used in raspa y amagado and flat roof greenhouse’s roof and cable traction wall windows.

Control bar-Profile support clamp

They hold the control bar in position. They are used in raspa y amagado and flat roof greenhouse’s cable traction wall windows.

Control bar unión clamp

They join the different tubes that conform the control bar. They have 2 holes for screws. They are used in roof and cable traction wall windows.

Rack

They are U shaped profiles with teeth in each end, they transmit the movement from the control bar to the window through the pinions. There are different kinds with different lengths.

Plate

Steel wheel with teeth joined to the control bar of the raspa y amagado greenhouse’s cable traction wall windows. It transmits the turn received from the chain actioned by a ratchet fixed to a greenhouse structure tube. They can have 50, 70, 90 or 100 teeth and their axis can have a diameter of 33 or 42 mm.

Cable 32 Pulley

These pulleys are used in the raspa y amagado greenhouse’s cable traction wall windows. There are normally 2 per cable, one fixed in the upper part of the wall and another in the lower part beside the tensor.

Rack Clamp

They join the rack to the raspa y amagado and flat roof greenhouse’s roof window’s frame. There are 2 kinds depending on the tube used to make the frame:

• Rack square clamp: used for frames made with square 25 mm. tube.
• Rack round clamp: used for frames made with round 25 mm. diameter tube.

Pinion

They turn along with the control bar in the roof windows and join with the racks opening or closing the roof windows depending on the turn direction.

Crank

They serve to manually open and close roof and wall windows. There are various kinds.

• Tube crank and Profile crank. They both turn a pinion that moves the chain joint to the plate fixed to the control bar. Tube kind are used in cable traction wall windows and rack roof windows clamped to a tube. Profile kind are used in cable traction wall windows clamped to a tube.
• Rolling crank is used in raspa y amagado and flat roof greenhouse’s wall rolling windows.

Nylon Rope

Used in raspa y amagado greenhouse’s wall rope and pulley windows. It comes in 200 m. No. 6 rope rolls.
